Email privacy@origin-x.net with the subject ‘Data deletion request’. Include your name, account email, organisation and the Origin product or connected service involved.
Data Deletion Instructions
People can request deletion of personal information associated with an Origin service or a connected third-party account.
Verification
We may ask for information needed to verify identity and authority before deleting data. Never send passwords or full payment card information.
What happens next
We will confirm receipt, assess the request and delete or anonymise eligible personal information from active systems. Information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal or contractual reasons will be restricted and removed when the retention requirement ends.
Connected platforms
You may also remove Origin access through the settings of the connected platform. Revoking access stops future collection but does not automatically delete information already lawfully stored, so a deletion request should still be submitted.
